Brandon originally moved to Austin in 2007 from Utah, after several years of experience with Nortel Networks. As a Tech Support Team Leader, Brandon had the opportunity to coordinate new employees in training and customer service guidelines, while maintaining superior levels of support to hundreds of international "Priority Customers."
Previously, Brandon obtained his Associates Degree from Snow College in Ephraim, Utah. Now, with over 6 years of networking and system administrative experience, his expertise is invaluable to TechPeople and our clients. He works diligently to coordinate, initiate and implement on-site and remote solutions while simultaneously building client relationships.
