TechPEOPLE can work with your business on an “ad hoc” or reactive basis to address emergent needs or resolve problems as they arise. We can also work with you on a proactive scheduled basis to anticipate changing needs and avoid unexpected problems. The latter proactive approach is preferred and will result in the lowest cost in the long run due to both increased efficiency in the performance of our services and increase in the productivity of your organization.
TechPEOPLE provides comprehensive managed services on a fixed monthly price basis. The monthly cost is determined based on the number of resources to be supported and is modified each month as the numbers of these resources change. As a subset of comprehensive managed services TechPEOPLE can provide comprehensive management of only your server(s) with just monitoring and reporting of desktop workstation conditions.
