Network Management
Network management is included as part of TechPEOPLE’s comprehensive managed services. Management of network infrastructure performance and traffic load versus capacity, security events, and physical condition is essential to maintaining optimum performance.
Network management, like server and workstation management, consists of both monitoring and maintenance. Monitoring is accomplished through both our remote monitoring system and through periodic review of server and router security logs and ISP traffic logs.
Maintenance includes periodic updating of firmware on routers and switches and routine physical inspections. Performance issues are also discussed with users as needed.
